The money is supposed to be used to pay up the debts that were accrued after the company that was supposed to undertake the projects failed to deliver. In the new Budget proposal, The Presidency got a 26 per cent increase to a lump sum of Ksh11.2 Billion for the 2019/2020 financial year. On Tuesday a boda boda rider helped a woman deliver a baby outside a hospital in Makueni. The woman, Virginia Syowia Munene, had been dropped off at Kitise health centre at around midnight only to find the clinic closed. “I went into labor just before midnight and therefore had to find a boda-boda to rush me to the clinic.
